The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce presented the 2025 Nonprofit of the Year Award to Club Presidents from both Hudson Daybreak Rotary and Hudson Rotary, as they work in partnership as the Rotary Clubs of Hudson, Wisconsin.

Hudson Rotary Clubs — Hudson Daybreak Rotary and the Rotary Club — earned Nonprofit of the Year. Both clubs organize service projects, partnerships and events in the area. Through various scholarships and other efforts, the clubs raise money to support local organizations and scholarships.

"Since 1951, the Hudson Rotary Club has been a pillar of this community, and since 1990, our partners at the Hudson Daybreak Club have amplified that strength," Isaac Grover of the Rotary Club said. He continued: "We have done more than raise millions of dollars; we have transformed thousands of lives."

Representing Daybreak Rotary, Kerry Reis, who is also on the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, invited people to join the club.

"We aren't just a club, we're a legacy and we're looking for the next generation of leaders to help us write the next chapter," Reis said.

Blooms for Happiness earned the Small Business of the Year Award. A florist in River Falls, Blooms for Happiness has made over 13,000 deliveries since it started nearly three years ago, helping to provide flowers for annual events and donations to local veterans. Tiffany and Mike Dux accepted the award at the gala.

"We will continue supporting local businesses and building partnerships that help everyone grow," Tiffany said. "We are focused on offering new products and services, keeping prices accessible and staying true to our values. Some future dreams include: owning our own building, adding a flower truck for markets and possibly opening a second shop location. All of you are the reason I am here accepting this award..."
